Nokia 8310, unlocked but "restricted"

I've just unlocked my nokia 8310, it said phone restriction off...joy! but when i try an put another sim in, from any network, it says "phone restricted" and there's an option to "undo" which when pressed, brings up a text boss, i assume for a code of some sort! i've unlocked a few 8310's before and not had this problem, camn anyone help?

sounds like a second lock on the phone..code 5 or 2 ?
