JAF Flasher help PLEASE

I have a Nokia JAF flasher and have tried flashing the following phones with it:
Nokia 6610i
Nokia 8310
Nokia 7210

All seem to do pretty well but towards the end of the flashing process it says:

I am using ver1.77 and Firmware version 01.70

I would be very greatful if someone could please tell me what I am doing wrong.

It seems to work fine with my 6230

I see log I suppose all ok control if in the phone are upgrade ..... I have just buy jaf not try to flash too.
