How to find name of Network on a Nokia 5190

I have a Nokia 5190 that I want to unlock. It order to use the unlock generator I need to know what network has locked the phone. The phone does not have the original face plate, so I can't see the network name there.
Can I use *3001#12345# to find the network?
If not how do I find it?

dunno about the code but the two options i have are:

1- Get several SIM cards (assuming the phone is from your location) and see which one is accepted

2- Read phone with cable (but you won't need the codes then )
