Gentlemen:

Recently a friend of mine bought a new GSM phone, a Sony Ericsson (I can't remember the exact model... all black with silver button type keys, interchangeable covers, color screen, without camera but it can be connected as an accessory).

I wanted to try her sim on my 1100, but strangely, the sims are not neither the same size nor shaper. Her sim is wider, approx 3-4mm and a approximately 1-2mm taller. It also does not have the diagonal trim on the same corner as mine.

Does anybody knows what does this means?
