my 8310 have a strange problem started this few days, my phone can't power on, sometimes it can and when it's on, surpose the is a start up tone with two hand moving together smovely, but now it slow down the movement and even the start up tone also stop frame by frame. After entering the standby mode, all the buttons including the volume control and on/off button are jam, I need to take off the battery in order to off the phone. Can anybody tell me why? I've bring the phone to KL for repair two days ago, they told me it can be repair and it is cos by hardware not the software. I had try it with DCT-4 flasher and upgrade it from 4.01 -> 5.11 -> 5.54, all can be don't, just the phone don't want to function properly, the technicion in KL told me that it will cost RM80 plus for repairing. but they need one week to do it. Is there anybody from Malaysia can help me with this problem?
