Help: Ngage Screen-shot error

Its been awhile since I've tried using it...but it doesnt seem to work anymore I've already tried changing the settings from edit (pencil) + control key to other keys.. but the error prompt is the same: Screen shot: System error!

Any ideas?

see if it was caused by an installed app?
take your mmc card out, an try?
if not back your fone upto the card.
then use the two formatting codes.
the thing is, if the formatting works.
you cant do a restore, because you have a bad app installed...
