Hello,

I've got a nokia 6230i. When I take a photo with it, it always stores it as a .JPG file. I can open these fine.

But if someone else sends me a photo via MMS or Bluetooth (these are also .JPG files) when i try to open them it says "file format not supported".

Any idea how i can fix this? Is there a multimedia viewer i can install ?

Thanks
