HELP w/ Sim-Free gsm phones

may be a dumb question, is it possible to use an unlocked sim-free cell phone in the U.S? if yes, how would i do that?

In the US you can use any 1900MHz phone as long as you have T-Mobile or Cingular in your area. Most US providers use PCS rather than cellular now, so you should be fine.

Right now in the US i used 9500, 7280, N90 without any problems.
