unlocking help!!!

I am new to Cell Phones World.

What are meaning of DCT2/3/4 and if there is something else as well? How Do I recognize which model is in which category?

I am willing to purchase unlocking SW that workswith USB Cable if someone can offer?

I have a computer store. I have started the unlocking as well. Problem is (Most of my customers have Nokia and Sony Ericson). I have bought UFS-3 Tornado from eBay and do not know how to unlock the cell phones. The Device Came without Manual or any clear instructions (Lot of Cables) that are very difficult to fit inside the phone. I have killed two Cell Phones so far with Tornado (using the default parameters). Unable to use it.

Need Help in Choosing a unlocker for Nokia and Sony Ericson. Easy to use and easy to upgrade to new phones. (Every next day someone will walk in with a newer phone that I have no Idea). Also, not sure, if there is something called new phone Alert which tells me when there is a new phone in Market so I can order the Cable.....

Help will be much appreciated.......
