Nokia 5140i help needed

Hi All

I have a Noia 5140i that I received when I extended my current contract with Optus (Australia). I want to sell this phone as I still use my old one. The 5140i isn't locked, i don't think, as I can use other SIMS in it eg. Telstra, no probs.

My problem is... The screen displays the Optus ZOO icon in the right hand corner i.e. Go to, Menu, ZOO. ZOO is the Optus mobile internet service.

How can I get rid of this icon? Is there some way to reset it so that the screens appears as it would out of the factory?

I've tried restore factory settings and removed Optus from the Auto Config option in Settings but neither worked.

Any advice/help would be appreciated...

sounds like your phone has customised firmware in it, Orange UK do the very same thing and its highly irritating... you can have your phone flashed with debranded (Generic) software at any phone repair shop i would imagine...
