unlock 6021

I hope I'm posting this in thee proper place.
I've a 6021 Nokia weith o2 in Ireland.
IMEI is <removed>.
ive tried unlocking it with a code but it didn't work.
Below is the code I tried,I got it from the free unlock calculator.

Hi,

Nokia 6021 is DCT4 and the moderators won't thank you for posting your IMEI. It's against forum rules and could get you banned.

Please post the settings you used on the calculator without posting your IMEI
