Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and got a lot to learn.

Quick question: I've bought a 6230i from the internet for my wife. The phone language is English - that's OK, but my wife would like to send SMS messages to her parents using (also) Greek characters. The phone seems not to support this function. Scrolling through the characters, nothing...No Greek in writing language. Is this a matter of a greek firmware upgrade, or uploading greek characters to the phone or what?

This is one thing I didn't (couldn't) check buying off the internet. Wife is slightly dissapointed....

Hi there.
You would need the ppm to be upgraded. This is basically the language pack. Im sure one exists with greek letters. Take it to a phone shop and they should be able to flash a new ppm to it. Make sure its the same software version tho!!
