Help Plssss : Nokia 6288 txt message details

Hi there i am having a real starnge issue.
Can someone please shed some light or resolve my issue coz its real strange.

When i recive a txt and go to message details to see the time it was recived the time is showing pm time istaed of am and vice versa

eg: if i received a txt at 8.15 in my message detail to see exactly wat time it was recived, it is showing 20:15 instead of 8.15. Seems issue with am pm.

But when i send a txt message and goto my sent items and check the message details for the times its sent, thats all seems to be correct
eg: if sent at 8.25 the time in the message details shows 8.25.

How can i correct this ??
My time is set correctly in the phone "time and date"

That thing only happens when the one texting you is from overseas and the time indicated in the message you received is his/her local time.
