hi all
erm i just found out that this software nemisis service suite
that apparentley gets rid of the nasty orange homescreen by changing the phones product code to allow nokia service updater to update the phones firmware which also debrands the phone

well i have managed to change the phones product code from 0523689 to 0520999.
so i should be able now to turn on pc suite an update my phones firm ware turn it off/on an it should be debranded

problem is it say that an up date is available but wont let me install it
current 4.04.07 the update 5.04.07

whe i double click the nokia software updater it open a little box saying starting nokia updater the goes after a second an nothing else happens anyone know where im going wrong please

happy days not sure what was wrong an why it wouldnt update the software but all done now an i am happy as larry that i now have an unbranded phone
