Unlock nokias using IMEI number

I have just got the below email from logos Unlimited

Logos Unlimited are pleased to announce that we can now unlock any Nokia
DCT4 Phone i.e. 6310, 6310i, 8310, 7210, 7650, 8910 etc and ANY Motorola
phone remotely by using the IMEI number!

Just phone or email us with the 15 digit IMEI number found on the back of
the phone along with the phone model and network name it is locked to, and
within a couple of hours we will contact you with the unlocking code to
type in on the handset!
No cables, software or PC required - so it is totally safe.

Does any one have any idear how this is done??????

any imei number is associated with a unique code for locking
how they do it?
they obtained the lists from nokia and motorola phones

who gave them? who knows....

But there must be way to find it out how does it go.....

Maybe they calculate from the IMEI number the Unlocking Code.... Nothing is impossible.... There is everytime a way to find it out but the big question is that
