ok an addition to my previous thread, my 3310 which i tried to flash 3330 software, the phone wont turn on. i try to flash my backup 3310 software but it reads cannot prepare phone in knok. it is really urgent and any help im grateful for

Try to use rolis flasher, may be it help.
