3330 auto restarts

Hi there,

i got a 3330 v4.50 i flashed using knok phoenix build 1 and a partial flash and now when i start it up although it accepts any network sim there is no signal and the phone restarts itself!!! i have tried 3 different flashes but still the same. and guess what...... i didnt take a backup!

can i sort it out? can y'all help me?

Did you calculate FAID? should be this. U can use nokia tool to do it.

uinlocking with partial flashing is a old method and with the newest phones (like 3330 4.30 and 4.50 ....) very complicated!
best solution for U is to reflash the mcu and ppm, then unlock it with NOKTOOL by rolis!!!then make a FAID UPDATE!!!

this works fine!!

ok, i have reflashed the mcu and ppm using nokia dct3 flasher by rolis but when i go to unlock it and make a FAID update with NOKTOOL by rolis it doesnt recognise the phone. i tried to use the auto setup in noktool but it still doesnt find it. im using a flash cable connected to the lpt1 port and running w98. is it possible to use noktool using the lpt port? or should i be using another software tool?

For noktool you need a serial mbus cable. The same for all programs to update FAID.
