    Reflash full software!!!

Use Nokia rolis unlocker and reflash the eeprom and mcu.
This can be found it the download section of nfree on the home page. eeprom first then the mcu. Then your phone will be updated successfuly.

Try to find a fullflash for your 3310.
I just fullflashed my fone and now ive got mine upgraded.

You can download good flashes on the download section.

    ...

I had my backup also in hand... when I try to restore from it, it doesn't respone when I try to press the power on.

How can I restore a good flash file when the phone doesn't respond to the "power on" command.

note: I use rolis when flashing. tried knok also but same thing happens.

    Hmnn....
Rolis doesnt work for me. Maybe, because Im on a WinXP OS.
But am using knok and it works fine.
I found out that its best for me to press the power button lightly and fast. maybe it'll work for you.

Just try and try. my first time flashing my phone also makes me sick, I thought my phone went permanently dead.
    But its OK now.

Or "maybe" there is something wrong with your cables?
