Hello Everyone! I'm a newbie here, so please give me a (little) break!

I've been reading some of the treads, and alot of questions apeared:


1st question:

Is it possible to change a phone type just by flashing? i mean, 3310 -> 3330, or 3330 -> 3410 . . . can someone explain it to me how is it possible?

2nd question:

Can i change the language packs on a nokia phone? how?

I have some other questions, but i will hold them for a while....

I can help you a little with flashing the phones.. witch is possible and witch not.

3310-->3315 is possible without any hardware modification
3310-->3330 you will need a new memory and a new flash memory
3330-->3350 you will need a new lcd.. 3350/3410 because of the diffrence of resolution.
3330-->3410 you will need a new lcd.. olso 3350/3410 because of the resolution and you will need a new momory.

yes,you can change language pack!
what especially do you mean?
made your own language,or just flash an other package???

you have to recalc FAID after flashing!!(if U flash an original NOKIA PPM-Pack)


and if you make your own language, you have to patch the flash(DEADFAID and kill CHKSUMS) using chkkiller by joox!! look around in this forum!
