problem flashing

I got a LITTLE problem with a 3310, the problem is that when I try to flashnit with rolis the program keeps on saying: Power off mobile first then connect.. like i didn't turn off the phone.. i don't get it. When i want to flash it with my 3330 it works..
What is wrong????????? Please help me..

Try to take out the battery for a few seconds. then out it back in.
that usually works for me.
