    I wonder is there a netmonitor in the DCT4?

    If it has a net monitor, how can I active it?

    As far as i know, in dct-4, netmonitor can only be activated by the factory. If you want to have netmonitor, you'll have to request it when you buy the phone, but they won't give it to anywone. You'll have to be a engineer, journalist, ...
    I've read something about it.
