Ringtone Problem

I've got a 3586i, on Bell, in Canada

I bought a USB dku-5 cable
and Nokias software, I also can't upload tones and games with it.

So I downloaded MobiMB128, I can get both game and ringtones on the phone.

The games work fine But the ringtones wont play at all.
I'm using Nokia's sound converter and making sure my phone can play the strands, I save the file but my phone still wont play it.
"Unable to open file" is the error I get.

I cant figure out whats wrong.
Could someone please help me?

pls check the format of the file that is compitable with the handset!

Try to use OxygenPhoneManager.

it takes me three steps but hey, it works
